About the Wines
Domaine Rollet brings the character of Jura to the table with a thoughtful selection that highlights both tradition and precision.
Start the evening with their Crémant du Jura, a bright and lively sparkling with notes of green apple, lemon, and almond, finishing with a touch of brioche and salinity.
The Étoile Blanc Chardonnay is savoury and flinty, with layers of lemon peel, crushed stone, and white grapefruit — a Chardonnay with presence and poise.
Light and elegant, the Tradition Rouge is a subtle red with juicy cherry, rhubarb, and a lift of fresh herbs. Its tea-like tannins make it an ideal partner for more delicate dishes.
The Trousseau Rouge offers a vibrant expression of redcurrant, morello cherry, and a whisper of pepper. Supple and rounded, it finishes with soft tannins and a hint of elderberry.
