Although based in Victoria, the Szasz family is well known to Vancouverites. For many years, George's parents ran the famous Szasz Deli in south Granville (where West restaurant is now located) and Linda Szasz worked front of house for several years at Bishop's. Stage, their new restaurant, is located just steps from the Belfry Theatre, and offer a menu built for speed so that patrons can enjoy a glass of wine and a few plates pre or apres show.
