We approach cooking with all of our senses. The final product is a result of our commitment to the process and not simply following a recipe. At Stage, we believe in being as close to the beginning of this process as possible. This foundation and philosophy is what leads us to creating as much as possible “in-house”. Breads, pastas (including our gnocchi!), stocks, and charcuterie are all made with care and devotion by our dedicated team.
